Dr. Michelle Carlstedt PT, DPT, GCS
Michelle is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in older adult strength training and wellness, with more than 10 years of experience in personal training for this population.
Michelle graduated with her doctorate of physical therapy in 2021 from Western Carolina University then went on to complete a residency program in geriatrics (older adults) in Denver, CO. In 2023, Michelle became a board-certified geriatric specialist and founded her own practice, Versatile Fitness & Physical Therapy, which focuses on aging fitness & strength and women’s health.
Feeling compelled to reach more people, she has now designed Age Strong, the online community for people aged 55+ to focus on strength, mobility, and balance to maintain health through the lifespan.
